Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to oversee daily agricultural operations and lead farm staff in crop production activities. The successful candidate will ensure quality standards, workplace safety, and production targets are consistently met in a fast-paced farm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots according to quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.

Ensure compliance with farm safety, sanitation, and bio-security procedures.

Maintain accurate quality control documentation, production records, and work logs.

Supervise and oversee crop cultivation, growing processes, and related field operations.

Recruit, hire, and train farm staff as needed.

Operate, monitor, and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Perform general farm duties, including manual field work such as hoeing between crop rows.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in agricultural crop services or farm supervision.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of crop production practices, equipment operation, and farm safety standards.

Ability to maintain detailed records and meet production deadlines.
