Join our team on a thriving vegetable farm and help bring fresh produce from the field to the community! As a Vegetables Farm Worker, you will play a key role in planting, cultivating, and harvesting various vegetables while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant, water, and care for vegetables according to farm schedules and guidelines.

Harvest vegetables efficiently while ensuring minimal damage and maintaining quality.

Sort, clean, and prepare produce for storage or shipment.

Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and other issues, reporting concerns to supervisors.

Maintain farm equipment and tools in good working order.

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in farming or agriculture is an asset but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.

Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
