Key Responsibilities
Pick apples carefully by hand without damaging the fruit
Sort and place harvested apples into bins or containers
Carry and position ladders safely when picking from trees
Identify and separate damaged or low-quality fruit
Follow harvesting guidelines and quality standards
Work efficiently to meet daily picking targets
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Follow all farm safety procedures
Requirements
No prior experience required (training provided)
Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
