A Hotel Front Desk Supervisor role is available in Baddeck, Nova Scotia. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing daily front desk operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform the same duties as front desk staff when required
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve guest concerns and provide solutions to improve service quality
  • Assist guests with special needs
  • Assign, coordinate, and review staff work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Ensure proper operation of systems, equipment, and front desk tools
  • Arrange repairs and maintain service continuity
  • Order and manage supplies

Requirements

  • communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience is an asset
