

Position Summary:
The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving menu items efficiently. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and supports the smooth operation of the food service area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, taking orders accurately and courteously.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and workstations.
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately, if required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality service and cleanliness.
Work Conditions:
On-site role in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
Physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving quickly to serve guests.
Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
