Job Summary

As a General Farm Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops and farm facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops

Operate basic farm tools and equipment

Irrigate crops and maintain watering systems

Load, unload, and transport farm produce

Sort and pack fruits and vegetables for distribution

Maintain cleanliness of farm areas, tools, and equipment

Assist with general maintenance and repairs

Follow farm safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

Previous farm experience is an asset (not required)

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
