Job Summary

Deliver compassionate nursing care at our residential care facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario, where residents depend on attentive clinical support, thoughtful communication and consistent health monitoring.

This Registered Nurse position provides the opportunity to coordinate individualized care, guide nursing employees and help residents maintain their comfort, dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document changes in symptoms
• Develop individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Provide health education and counselling
• Manage home-care cases
• Supervise nursing employees
• Complete clinical and administrative records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Professional nursing experience
• Valid nursing registration
• Strong clinical assessment abilities
• Medication-management knowledge
• Compassionate communication skills
